In March 2023, Matt became a member of the Baird team. As of 2025 he has 20
years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Baird, Matt
spent 17 years at Wells Fargo as a Financial Advisor and Private Banker, providing
him a wealth of experience and knowledge to service individuals, business
owners, and complex high net-worth relationships. With this background and the
resources of Baird, Matt continuously strives to educate his clients on the latest
planning strategies and financial trends.

Committed to the Community
Matt and his wife, Christina, are long-time residents of Roseville where they are
raising their two young children. They actively volunteer with their children’s
school and sports programs, with Matt coaching little league and Christina
volunteering with cheerleading. In his spare time Matt enjoys golf, cooking, and
road trips with his family.

Kaleigh started working at Baird in January, 2019, after earning her BS degree in Health Sciences. She provides support for the team, including marketing, operations, and assisting with client account services. She currently holds the Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses.

Kaleigh and her husband, Kevin live in Rocklin with their two dogs, Luna and Bella. Kaleigh and Kevin got married in September of 2018. Kaleigh went to Westmont College on a Soccer Scholarship studying Kinesiology for two years. She then transferred to Dominican University of California where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Health Science. She enjoys time spent with family and friends, exercising, cooking, and traveling.
